  • Saturday, August 30, 2025: Call for Media Partners officially opens.
  • Monday, September 15, 2024: Call for Media Partners closes promptly at 23:59 (Nepal Time).
  • September 16 – September 20, 2025: Media Partners selection process.
  • September 22-26, 2025: Applicants will receive a response regarding their application status.
  • Tuesday, October 7, 2025: Official announcement of WordCamp Nepal 2026 Media Partners.
